V&V Sport Management is a driver management agency acting on a highest level of motorsport. The two Vs in question being Kim Vatanen (left) and Atte Varsta (right). Vatanen (son of Ari) is the keen fisherman and the more outgoing of the pair. Varsta is the quietly cerebral marketing expert and Elvis guru whose stellar career has led him to plenty of success in the corporate world outside of motorsport.

Kim and Atte complement each other perfectly. Being Finns, they know how to enjoy themselves (or networking, as it’s properly called) yet they also have a ferocious work ethic that sees them in a different country practically every weekend, and office hours that can basically be defined as 24-7.
