V&V Sport Management is on a mission to manage top level pro drivers but also nurturing future talents. Of course, once those drivers have hit the heights – such as Ogier – the demand for day-to-day management is smaller, which is why V&V now spend most of their time looking for the next Ogier, as well as expanding into other areas of motorsport such as circuit racing.
